Order

  • How can I order?
    You may proceed to order directly via our website. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
  • What is your processing time?
    Our products are hand-made, made-to-order and personalized. The processing time for your order (receiving your order, full analysis of your beauty file, preparation of your products and preparation of shipment through Canada Post) is 4 business days (Monday to Friday).

Returns

  • My package arrived and is damaged
    Upon receipt of your order, please check if the package is in good shape. If it is damaged, keep the packaging for inspection by the shipping company. Additionally, take photos of the package if you have access to a camera. Please contact us immediately. We’ll replace the damaged products as soon as possible.
  • How can I return a product?
    We work very hard to keep you satisfied. If it’s necessary to return or exchange a product, you can do so up to 30 days from the billing date and even if you have opened and tried the product. Always contact us online before returning a product. Please mark the reason for the return and your contact information in the return parcel. Important
    • We do not cover return costs.
    • Delivery fees for an incorrect address or a refused parcel are non-refundable.

Shipping

    It occasionally happens that a package is late. Sadly, we cannot guarantee your delivery date, given that this service is provided by Canada Post. We are not responsible for delivery delays.

    We deliver everywhere in Canada through Canada Post.
